Praying for Thanington and Praying for you

‘Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation …, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.’ 

(from The Bible – Philippians chapter 4 verse 6-7)

We believe that God loves us all and wants us to pray. We can give thanks to God for all our blessings. We can say sorry to God and receive forgiveness. We can ask for God’s help for other people and for ourselves. 

We always pray for others as part of worship on Sundays at 10am and a few of us also meet to pray on Wednesdays 9.15am. If you would also like somebody to pray particularly for you, for someone you care about, or for a situation you are concerned about, just fill in the simple form below.
